Subscription Plans
Spacerun offers flexible plans to fit your gaming needs. Visit the Pricing page for current plan details and pricing.
All plans include:
- Access to the full game library
- Cross-device streaming
- Cloud save synchronization
- Priority support (on eligible plans)
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor, Stripe:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Regional payment methods depending on your location
All payments are securely processed. Spacerun never stores your full card details.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription from the Dashboard → Subscription page:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Cancel your subscription (access continues until the end of the billing period)
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
- Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
- Your billing date is based on the day you first subscribed.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
After cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on your jurisdiction and applicable consumer protection laws.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
- Refund requests can be submitted via Contact Support.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Your subscription enters a grace period (typically 3–7 days).
- We will attempt to retry the payment automatically.
- If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Update your payment method in Dashboard → Subscription to resolve failed payments.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically for each payment and can be accessed from your Stripe customer portal via Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Subscription.
